EN ESTE NUEVO ANIVERSARIO DEL INICIO DE LA LUCHA POR LA PRIMERA INDEPENDENCIA DE MÉXICO, EL EZLN COMUNICA LO SIGUIENTE:
PRIMERO.- UNA DELEGACIÓN DE LA DIRECCIÓN ZAPATISTA, COMPUESTA POR TRES COMANDANTAS, TRES COMANDANTES Y UN SUBCOMANDANTE, ASISTIRÁ AL ENCUENTRO DE LOS PUEBLOS INDIOS DE AMÉRICA A CELEBRARSE EN TERRITORIO DE LA TRIBU YAQUI, EN VICAM, SONORA, MÉXICO, LOS DÍAS 11, 12, 13 Y 14 DE OCTUBRE DEL 2007. SEGUNDO.- ÉSTA Y OTRAS DELEGACIONES DE LA DIRECCIÓN ZAPATISTA ASISTIRÁN, EN LO POSIBLE, A LAS REUNIONES PREPARATORIAS DEL ENCUENTRO, MISMAS QUE SE CELEBRARÁN EN LOS SIGUIENTES LUGARES: OAXACA, OAXACA, MÉXICO. 4 y 5 DE OCTUBRE DEL 2007. SAN PEDRO ATLAPULCO, ESTADO DE MÉXICO. 6 y 7 DE OCTUBRE DE 2007. NURÍO, TERRITORIO PURÉPECHA, MICHOACÁN, MÉXICO. 7 y 8 DE OCTUBRE DE 2007. RANCHO EL PEÑASCO, TERRITORIO DE LA NACIÓN TOHONO OD´HAM, MAGDALENA DE KINO, SONORA, MÉXICO, LOS DÍAS 8 Y 9 DE OCTUBRE DEL 2007. TERCERO.- LES RECORDAMOS A TOD@S L@S ADHERENTES A LA SEXTA DECLARACIÓN, EN LO NACIONAL Y LO INTERNACIONAL, QUE ESTÁN INVITAD@S Y QUE, SI PIENSAN ASISTIR, SE REGISTREN EN LA PÁGINA ELECTRÓNICA DE LA COMISIÓN SEXTA DEL EZLN. LO MISMO LES PEDIMOS A LAS PERSONAS QUE HAN SIDO INVITADAS POR LA COMISIÓN ORGANIZADORA.
PRIMERO.- PARA CUMPLIR CON LOS TRABAJOS DE LA COMISIÓN SEXTA DEL EZLN EN ESTA SEGUNDA ETAPA, EN LA ZONAS CENTRO Y SUR DE NUESTRO PAÍS, UNA DELEGACIÓN DE 24 COMANDANTES Y COMANDANTAS DE LA DIRECCIÓN ZAPATISTA SALDRÁ DE LA CIUDAD DE SAN CRISTÓBAL DE LAS CASAS, CHIAPAS, EL DÍA 26 DE SEPTIEMBRE DEL 2007, PARA TRASLADARSE A LA CIUDAD DE MÉXICO. AHÍ LA DELEGACIÓN SE ORGANIZARÁ EN 8 GRUPOS QUE VISITARÁN A L@S ADHERENTES EN LOS ESTADOS DE NAYARIT, JALISCO, COLIMA, MICHOACÁN, GUERRERO, MORELOS, GUANAJUATO, QUERÉTARO, HIDALGO, LA HUASTECA, PUEBLA, TLAXCALA, VERACRUZ, OAXACA, CHIAPAS, QUINTANA ROO, YUCATÁN, CAMPECHE, TABASCO, EL ESTADO DE MÉXICO Y EL DISTRITO FEDERAL. LAS VISITAS SE REALIZARÁN EN LOS MESES DE OCTUBRE, NOVIEMBRE Y DICIEMBRE DEL 2007 EN CALENDARIO DETALLADO QUE SE DARÁ A CONOCER EN SU OPORTUNIDAD. SEGUNDO.- COMO SE RECORDARÁ, EL OBJETIVO DE ESTA SEGUNDA ETAPA ES REALIZAR UN PRIMER ESBOZO DEL PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE LUCHA. POR ESTA RAZÓN, LOS GRUPOS DE LA COMISIÓN SEXTA DEL EZLN SE CONCENTRARÁN ESPECIALMENTE EN LAS REUNIONES CON ADHERENTES EN LOS DISTINTOS PUNTOS GEOGRÁFICOS DEL CENTRO Y SUR DE NUESTRO PAÍS. TERCERO.- SI EN LA PRIMERA ETAPA EL OBJETIVO FUE CONOCERNOS Y, POR LO TANTO, EL “ESTO SOY Y AQUÍ ESTOY” FUERON LAS PALABRAS MÁS IMPORTANTES, AHORA LO PRIMORDIAL ES SABER CÓMO VEMOS EL MUNDO Y NUESTRO PAÍS, Y CUÁLES SON LAS DEMANDAS (“¿QUÉ QUEREMOS?”) QUE TENEMOS O QUE HEMOS DETECTADO A NIVEL NACIONAL, REGIONAL Y LOCAL. CUARTO.- POR LO MISMO, PEDIMOS RESPETUOSAMENTE A LAS DIFERENTES UNIDADES ORGANIZATIVAS DE TRABAJO DE LA OTRA EN LOS ESTADOS, REGIONES, SUBREGIONES Y LOCALIDADES, QUE LA ORGANIZACIÓN DE LA VISITA DE LA COMISIÓN SEXTA A SUS LUGARES CONTEMPLE EXCLUSIVAMENTE LAS REUNIONES NECESARIAS PARA ESCUCHAR LAS DEMANDAS QUE PLANTEEN L@S ADHERENTES Y SIMPATIZANTES. QUINTO.- CON EL FIN DE AVANZAR EN EL ESBOZO DEL PROGRAMA NACIONAL DE LUCHA, UN EQUIPO DE APOYO ACOMPAÑARÁ A CADA GRUPO DE LA COMISIÓN SEXTA, Y SE ENCARGARÁ DE GRABAR Y HACER RELATORÍAS DE LAS REUNIONES QUE SE TENGAN. SEXTO.- TAMBIÉN PEDIMOS RESPETUOSAMENTE A L@S ADHERENTES SU APOYO PARA EL HOSPEDAJE Y ALIMENTACIÓN DEL GRUPO Y EQUIPO DE APOYO QUE LOS VISITEN, ASÍ COMO APOYO PARA GASOLINA DE LOS VEHÍCULOS EN QUE SE TRASLADEN. SÉPTIMO.- COMO ES DEL CONOCIMIENTO PÚBLICO, NUESTROS PUEBLOS ESTÁN SUFRIENDO UNA NUEVA EMBESTIDA DE LOS GOBIERNOS FEDERAL Y ESTATAL (DE EXTRACCIÓN PANISTA Y PERREDISTA, RESPECTIVAMENTE), POR LO QUE PUDIERA SER QUE CANCELÁRAMOS ESTA SALIDA Y TOMÁRAMOS NUEVAS MEDIDAS.

On this new anniversary of the struggle for the first independence of Mexico, the EZLN communicates the following:
About the Encounter of the Indigenous Peoples of America:
First. A delegation of the Zapatista leadership, composed of three comandantas, three comandantes, and one subcomandante, will attend the Encounter of the Indigenous Peoples of America, to be held October 11, 12, 13, and 14 of 2007.
Second. This and other delegations of the Zapatista leadership will attend, when possible, the preparatory meetings for the encounter, to be held in the following places:
Oaxaca, Oaxaca, Mexico. October 4-5, 2007.
San Pedro Atlapulco, Mexico State. October 6-7, 2007.
Nurío, Purépecha Territory, Michoacan, Mexico. October 7-8, 2007.
Rancho el Peñasco, Territory of the Tohono Od’ham Nation, Magadalena de Kino, Sonora, Mexico. October 8-9, 2007.
Third. We remind all of the adherents of the Sixth Declaration, both nationally and internationally, that you are invited to the Encounter and, if you plan to attend, to register on the webpage of the EZLN’s Sixth Commission.
We ask the same of those who have been invited by the Organizing Commission.
About the Second Phase of the Other Campaign in the Central and Southern Zones of Mexico.
First. In order to carry out the work of the EZLN’s Sixth Commission in this second phase in the central and southern Zones of our country, a delegation of 24 comandantes and comandantas of the Zapatista leadership will leave from the city of San Cristobal de las Casas, Chiapas, on the 26th of September, 2007, en route to Mexico City.
There the delegation will be organized into 8 groups which will visit adherents in the states of Nayarit, Jalisco, Colima, Michoacan, Guerrero, Morelos, Guanajuato, Queretaro, Hidalgo, La Huasteca, Puebla, Tlaxcala, Veracruz, Oaxaca, Chiapas, Quintana Roo, Yucatan, Campeche, Tabasco, Mexico State, and the Federal District.
The visits will be held in the months of October, November, and December of 2007 according to a detailed calendar which will be released shortly.
Second. As you will recall, the objective of this second phase is to create an initial outline of a National Program of Struggle. For this reason, the groups of the Sixth Commission of the EZLN will
concentrate in particular on meetings with adherents in the distinct geographic points of the center and south of our country.
Third. If in the first phase, the objective was to get to know each other, and thus “this is what I am and here I am” were the most important words to be spoken, now the principal points are how we see the world and this country, and what are the demands (what do we want?) that we have or that we have detected at national, regional, and local levels.
Fourth. For this reason, we respectfully request of the different organizational entities of the Other in their states, regions, subregions, and localities, that the organization of the visit of the
Sixth Commission to their locales be focused exclusively on the meetings necessary to listen to the demands brought by adherents and sympathizers.
Fifth. With the goal of advancing the outline of the National Plan of Struggle, a support team will accompany each delegation of the Sixth Commission and will be in charge of recording and keeping minutes of each meeting.
Sixth. We also respectfully request of adherents their support in providing food and lodging for the group and the support team that visits them, as well as help with the gasoline for the vehicles in
which they will travel.
Seventh. As is public knowledge, our communities are currently suffering a new attack by the federal and state governments (by PANistas and PRDistas, respectively), for which reason it is possible
we would have to cancel this trip and take other measures.

Me llamo Mariano, y soy de Argentina, del sur de la provincia de Buenos Aires para ser mas especifico.
Primero que nada, buenos dias a todos l@s compas zapatistas y que tengan mucha suerte en los encuentros.
Les escribo para darles mi total apoyo y aunque muchos hablen mal de ustedes yo los comprendo, respeto y apoyo todas las decisiones tomadas por la comandancia. A todos esos que los acusan tanto de extremistas como de revisionistas, y sobre todo a estos ultimos, generalmente intelectuales de copa y sofa, quisiera recordarles que mientras ellos estan sentados en sus comodos sillones criticando al EZLN, hay gente que lucha por todas las injusticias y la indiferencia del gobierno nacional y los gobiernos locales y regionales que hacen oido sordo a las quejas del pueblo mexicano.
Como dije anteriormente, los apoyo en todas sus decisiones porque son ustedes los que luchan por los derechos de los indigenas, los que combaten al sistema opresor y al imperialismo, los que no dan ni un paso atras.
Asi que zapatistas, sigan en la lucha que la victoria se acerca. NI UN PASO ATRAS!
Sin mas que decir, les mando un gran saludo desde el sur de latinoamerica.
Viva la insurreccion indigena!!
